Rebecca Jane Spears

Rebecca Jane was born in 1870 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Rebecca Jane's father was William Spears and her mother was Sarah Jane Carr.  Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Spears and Rebecca Smith. She had a brother and three sisters, named William, Margaret, Cornelia B. and Rachel E..  She was the second oldest of the five children. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Samuel, Joseph, John H., Matilda Ann, Parthenia, Pheriby Jane and Amanda C..
