Robert Shropshire

Robert was born in 1869 in ,Bourbon, Kentucky.¹ Robert's father was Augustus Shropshire and his mother was Fanny Forrester. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Thomas Shropshire and Elizabeth Jane Smith; his maternal grandfather was R. H. Forrester. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin, Palmer, Garrett, Ida, Pink and Fanny. He was the second oldest of the seven children.
