Elizabeth Phipps 
Elizabeth was born in 1772 in ,Botecourt, Virginia.1 Elizabeth's father was Joshua Phipps and her mother was Hester Aston. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Phipps and Elizabeth. She had a brother and three sisters, named William, Willana Wilma, Deborah and Sarah Erwin. She was the youngest of the five children.
