Deborah Phipps 
Deborah was born about 1768 in ,Botecourt, Virginia.1 Deborah's father was Joshua Phipps and her mother was Hester Aston. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Phipps and Elizabeth. She had a brother and three sisters, named William, Willana Wilma, Sarah Erwin and Elizabeth. She was the second oldest of the five children.
