W. L. Moore

W. L. was born about 1847 in ,,Kentucky.¹   W. L.'s father was James S. Moore and his mother was Martha A. Bibb.  His paternal grandparents were Elisha Moore and Elizabeth Money. He had two brothers and three sisters, named George A., James M., Matilda F., Mary E. and Martha A..  He was the third oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Sherman B., Allie E., Clarence E., Minnie J. and Rosa E..
