Rebecca Cobb Massengill 
Rebecca Cobb was born in 1825 in Tennessee.1 Rebecca Cobb's father was Michael Massengill and her mother was Louisa Buckingham Cobb. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Massengill and Penelope Cobb; her maternal grandparents were Richard Caswell Cobb and Rebecca Buckingham. She had a brother and four sisters, named Richard Henry, Penelope Louise, Massengill, Massengill and Barsheba Stuart. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Joseph Torbett, William Allen, William, Sarah, Lucretia S., Lucinda Evaline and Susan S.. She died at the age of 45 in 1870.1 -
