Pharoah was born in 1752 in Northampton Co., NC.1 Pharoah's father was William Cobb and his mother was Barsheba Whitehead. His paternal grandfather was Benjamin Cobb. He had a brother and four sisters, named William, Penelope, Tabitha, Jerry and Patience. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William Pharoah and Sarah. He died at the age of 89 in 1841 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 -
