Stokley Kyle 
Stokley was born about 1820 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Stokley's father was Absalom Kyle and his mother was Barsheba Whitehead Cobb. His paternal grandparents were Robert Kyle and Leah Brooks; his maternal grandparents were Pharoah Cobb and Barsheba Whitehead. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named William Caswell, Robert P., Absalom Arthur, Joseph, Jesse, Claiborne, Leonidas Netherland, Gale, Minerva, Ailsey, Barsheba, Annis and Mary Sidney. He was the fifth oldest of the fourteen children. He died before 1855.1 -
