Claiborne Kyle 
Claiborne was born in 1835 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Claiborne's father was Absalom Kyle and his mother was Barsheba Whitehead Cobb. His paternal grandparents were Robert Kyle and Leah Brooks; his maternal grandparents were Pharoah Cobb and Barsheba Whitehead. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named William Caswell, Robert P., Absalom Arthur, Stokley, Joseph, Jesse, Leonidas Netherland, Gale, Minerva, Ailsey, Barsheba, Annis and Mary Sidney. He was the third youngest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 1 in 1836 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 -
