Meredith Cox

Meredith was born on December 29th, 1788 in Tennessee.¹   Meredith's father was Edward Cox and his mother was Sarah Meredith.  His paternal grandfather was John Cox. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Joshua, Jacob, Abraham, Samuel, John, Elizabeth, Jane and Catherine.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.
