William Bowery

William was born on October 18th, 1872 in Tennessee.¹   William's father was Samuel Bowery and his mother was Frances Rhea Rogers.  His paternal grandparents were Conrad Russell Bowery and Sarah Shipley; his maternal grandparents were David Rogers and Lydia Sampson. He had six brothers and two sisters, named George James, John B., David Conrad, Thomas A., Samuel Miller, Wesley D., Martha Amanda and Emeline.  He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 51 on May 12th, 1924.¹
