Scott Acton 
Scott was born in 1862.1 Scott's father was James Tosh Acton and his mother was Margaret McDivitt. His paternal grandparents were James Acton and Elizabeth Tosh. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Charles A, Andrew H., Lorenzo Rowley, William Luther, Irvin L, Elzora, Mariah and Fanny. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.-
