John Acton 
John was born in 1750 in Acton Place, Devonshire, England.1 He died at the age of 43 on December 24th, 1793 in Rockbridge VA.1 General Notes

John was supposedly a solder in the Revolutionary War. He was a
slave holder in Virginia and operated a wagon shop where slaves
were employed.
