James Tosh Acton 
James Tosh was born on October 31st, 1822 in Dixon Twp, Preble, OH.1 James Tosh's father was James Acton and his mother was Elizabeth Tosh. His paternal grandparents were John Acton and Hester (Hettie) Ward; his maternal grandparents were James Tosh and Anne Broadwater. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John William, Weston A, Hester Ann, Amelia Jane and Nancy D.. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 76 on August 25th, 1899 in Concordia KS.1 -
