Duncan McIver 
Duncan was born in September 1771 in Scotland. Duncan's father was Roderick McIver and his mother was Nancy McKay. His paternal grandfather was Kenneth McIver. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Isabella, Big Daniel, John, Kenneth, Little Daniel, Catherine and Margaret. He died at the age of 58 in January 1830 in Moore County, NC.-
