Roderick McIver 
Roderick was born in 1727 in Parish of Sleat, Isle of Skye, Scotland. Roderick's father was Kenneth McIver. His paternal grandparents were Duncan McIver and Barbara MCLEOD. He had three brothers and a sister, named Evander Ban, Duncan, John and Nancy catherine . He died at the age of 83 on July 3rd, 1810 in Moore County, NC. He was buried in Buffalo Cem, Moore, North Carolina, USA .-
