Wilmer Ivan Shipley 
Wilmer Ivan was born on March 3rd, 1899. Wilmer Ivan's father was Enoch Shipley and his mother was Mary Ellen Carter. His paternal grandparents were Nathan Roller Shipley and Mary Ann Fansler; his maternal grandparents were James Harmon Carter and Mary Johanna Brown. He had nine brothers and two sisters, named James Maurice, John Guy, Ernest Alvin, Thomas Henry, Nathan Miller, George Edward, Floyd Lynn, Enoch Howard, Eugene Franklin, Hattie Brown and Mary Ann. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 34 on September 28th, 1933.-
