Martha Ann Crumley 
Martha Ann was born in 1849 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. Martha Ann's father was William J. Crumley and her mother was Eliza Jane Steele. Her paternal grandparents were William Jacob Crumley and Catherine Greer; her maternal grandparents were David Steele and Mary Spahr. She had four brothers and four sisters, named David James, Jacob Leander, Isaac D., William Greer, Harriet, Mary Catherine, Sarah Frances and Alice Jane. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children.-
