Cornelius Phelps

Cornelius was born on October 13th, 1627 in Crewkerne, Somerset, England. Cornelius' father was William Phelps and his mother was Mary Ann Dover. His paternal grandparents were William Phelps and Dorothy James. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Timothy William, Mary, Sarah and Mary. He was the oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers named William, Samuel and Nathaniel.
