Harriet Virginia was born on December 12th, 1853 in Harrison Co, (W)VA. Harriet Virginia's father was George Washington Everson and her mother was Eleanor Jane Wamsley. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Everson and Eleanor (Nellie) Bugher. She had a brother and a sister, named William O. Butler and Nora Amelia. She was the youngest of the three children. She had seven half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Richard M., Jefferson D. (George), John Henry, James W. H., Robert Roy, Frank F., Benjamin Franklin, Mary Ellen, Anna M., Elizabeth, Florence Etta and Sallie. She died at the age of 62 on March 31st, 1916 in Calhoun Co, WV.General Notes
