Frank F. was born on July 6th, 1871 in Harrison Co, WV. Frank F.'s father was George Washington Everson and his mother was Francis Paugh. His paternal grandparents were Richard Everson and Eleanor (Nellie) Bugher; his maternal grandparents were Henry Paugh and Mary Adams. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Richard M., Jefferson D. (George), John Henry, James W. H., Robert Roy, Benjamin Franklin, Mary Ellen, Anna M., Elizabeth, Florence Etta and Sallie. He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named William O. Butler, Nora Amelia and Harriet Virginia.-
