Luther Clyde Whitten 
Luther Clyde was born on April 28th, 1910 in Oenaville, Bell Co., Texas.1 Luther Clyde's father was Reuben Luther Whitten and his mother was Alice Mary Meadows. His paternal grandparents were Robert Weir Johnson Whitten and Lucy Emma Davis. He had a brother and two sisters, named Roy Lee, Grace Helen and Alice Pauline. He was the oldest of the four children.-
