Maude Lela Keng 
Maude Lela was born on March 30th, 1896 in Mason, Mason Co., Texas.1 Maude Lela's father was Friedrich Wilhelm Keng and her mother was Nancy Emma Bardin. Her paternal grandparents were Friedrich Wilhelm Keng and Martha Johnson; her maternal grandparents were Jesse James Bardin and Abigail Smith. She had three brothers and six sisters, named William T., Edward, Pinkney, Rebecca, Mary Amanda, Alice, Sallie Mamie, Eva and Pearl. She was the youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 76 on December 7th, 1972 in Burial - Near Angleton, Texas.1 General Notes
