William de Warenne III was born about 1110.1   William de Warenne III's father was William de Warenne II Earl of Warren & Surrey and his mother was Isabel de Vermandois.  His paternal grandparents were William de Warenne I Earl of Surrey and Gundrada de St. Omer; his maternal grandparents were Hugh the Great Count of Vermandois and Adelheid de Vermandois Countess of Vermandois. He had two sisters named Gundrada and Adelaide (Ada).  He was the oldest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Robert "Bossu" de Beaumont, Waleran de Beaumont de, Isabel (Elizabeth) and Adeline of Meulan.  He died in Laodicea, Holy Land.  He was buried in Acceded: 1138.  3rd Earl of Surrey..1 1
