Russellville, Ky Mch. 9 1908 Miss Sarah Hancock, Fredericksburg, Ind. Cousin Sarah- I saw a few days ago a notice of the death of B. Hooker Hancock who I suppose was your brother and as I haven't heard anything from the family in a number of years I would be glad if you would answer this and tell me how many of your brothers & sisters are still living etc I am now in this town where I have always lived since I came to Kentucky. I will send this notice to my sister Mary who lives in Wilson Co. Tenn. so that she may know of Cousin Hooker's death. If I hear from this I will write more in regard to our family.
Yours truly, B. P. Hooker ----- Tombstone inscription, Benjamin Hooker Cemetery, Gladeville, Tennessee: Mary Elizabeth Hooker March 31, 1848 July 27, 1917 ----- Mary E. HOOKER and Sarah E.
