Simon Hancock 
Simon was born in 1780 in Franklin County, North Carolina. Simon's father was Samuel Hancock and his mother was Mildred Dawson. He had five brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Martin, William New, Samuel, John, Dawson, Sarah, Mildred and Molly. He died at the age of 47 in 1827 in Wilson County, Tennessee.General Notes
