Thomas Carraway 
Thomas was born in 1689 in Lower Norfolk, Virginia. Thomas' father was John Carraway and his mother was Ann Kemp. His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Ann Foster; his maternal grandparents were James George Kemp and Mary Anne Lovett. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Richard, James, William, Dinah, Ann and Elizabeth Ann. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 79 in 1768 in Craven, North Carolina.-
