Sarah Province 
Sarah was born in 1851 in Parkersburg, WV.1 Sarah's father was John William Province and her mother was Lucretia Arnett. Her paternal grandparents were Jesse Province and Cecelia Spencer; her maternal grandparents were Levi Arnett and Barbara Stevens. She had four brothers and a sister, named Ardie, William G, Lewis Franklin, Phillip W and Susan. She was the third youngest of the six children.-
