Cecelia Spencer

Cecelia was born in 1806 in PA.¹   Cecelia's father was Nathan Spencer and her mother was Rachel Reed Spencer. She had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Lewis, Matilda, Emily and Susan. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named B Franklin, Thearon, Joseph M, Selina, Uanna, Rachel and Agnes.  She died at the age of 85 in 1891 in , Pottawattomie, KS.¹
