Mary was born on May 6th, 1654 in Portsmouth, Newport, RI and her baptism took place on May 6th, 1654 in Portsmouth, Newport, Rhode Island.1 Mary's father was Richard Pearce and her mother was Susannah Wright. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Pearse and Martha Pearce; her maternal grandfather was George Wright. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named Nehemiah, Richard, John, Giles, Jeremiah, Isaac, William, George, Samuel, Martha and Susannah. She was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 81 on May 4th, 1736 in Portsmouth, Newport, RI. She was buried in Brownell Cemetery, Portsmouth, RI.1 1 -
