Arthur Benton Gandy

Arthur Benton was born on November 25th, 1876 in , Tama, IA.¹ Arthur Benton's father was Elias Gandy and his mother was Lydia Ann Cunningham. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Gandy and Mary Meacham. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Willon Lincoln, George Washington, John Adelbert, Lester Leroy, Laura H, Lottie Elmett, Cecelia Deford, Edith Amanda and Lena May. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 84 on March 15th, 1961 in IL.¹
