Nicholas Casto 
Nicholas was born in 1825 in , Upshur, WV.1 Nicholas' father was George Casto and his mother was Sarah Aurs. His paternal grandparents were David Casto and Margaret Elizabeth Province. He had five brothers and six sisters, named John G, George, David G, James Cunningham, Joel, Mary Magdalene, Phoebe, Sarah, Elizabeth, Louisa and Matilda. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Abram G and Margaret. He died at the age of 88 in 1913 in , Jackson, WV.1 -
