held Friday, 3 pm at St. Stephens Lutheran Church in Lexington. In lieu
of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Blount County Public

Mrs. Martin died May l (1996). She was a daughter of Leland Summer of
Chapin and the late Lottie Summer. She was the widow of Robert M. Martin
Sr.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Carol Martin of
Maryville, Tenn; son, Jesse Martin of Maryville, Tenn.; daughters, Pat
and Elizabeth Martin of Melbourne, Australia; brothers, Leland B. Summer
Sr of West Columbia, and James B. Summer Sr. of Chapin; sister, Nancy S.
Mack of Monroe, N.C.; grandchildren; Rebecca and maria Martin, Louisa and
Ellen Clarke, and Chris and Carolina Evans.
