Alice Josephine was born on March 10th, 1866.1 Alice Josephine's father was Mark Walter Shealy and her mother was Caroline Long. Her paternal grandparents were John Ventle Shealy and Eva Margaret Sease. She had two brothers named Preston Sanders and Walter Killian. She was the youngest of the three children. She had two half-sisters named Laura A. and Jane. She died at the age of 32 on November 14th, 1898. She was buried in Leesville Cemetery, Leesville, Lexington County, SC.1 1 -
