Permelia Ann Luseda was born on November 14th, 1836.1 Permelia Ann Luseda's father was John Frederick Sease and her mother was Elizabeth Bickley. Her paternal grandparents were John Mark Suss\Seas\Sease and Nancy Shirer. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Elias Starling, James Wiley, Josiah Richard Wesley, Jacob Anderson, David Isaiah, Frances Marion and Anna. She was the second youngest of the nine children.-
