Martin LaGrone 
Martin was born in 1816.1 Martin's father was Jacob LaGrone and his mother was Catherine (Kate) Riser. His maternal grandparents were Martin Riser and Christina Sease. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Jacob, Emannuel, Daniel, George Washington, Jackson, Eva Christine, Martha, Elizabeth (Betty), Mary Frances (Frankie) and Susan Malinda. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.-
