Alfonso VIII The Good was born on November 11th, 1155 in Soria.1 Alfonso VIII The Good's father was Sancho III King Of Castile and his mother was Blanche of Navarre. His paternal grandparents were Alfonso VII King Of Castile And Leon and Berenguela of Barcelona; his maternal grandparents were Garcia VII Navarre and Margaret de l'Aigle. He had a half-brother named Alfonso VIII. He died at the age of 58 on October 6th, 1214 in Gutierre Munos.1 General Notes
