Mr. Keisler died Wednesday, July 31, 1996, Born in Richland County, he
was a son of the late Martin L. Keisler and Irene Sease Keisler.
Surviving are his wife, Jennie Morris Keisler; daughters, Sandra Rouse of
Ayden, N.C., and Tammy Keisler of Santee; a son, Wayne Keisler of Santee;
a sister, Elsiree Ross of Cayce; brothers, L.F. Keisler of North Augusta
