Elbert Huffstetler 
Elbert was born on July 5th, 1902 in Pine Ridge Area, Newberry County, South Carolina.1 Elbert's father was William Huffstetler and his mother was Catherine Shealy. His maternal grandparents were Joshua Shealy and Mary Ann "Martha" Ballentine. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Arthur Milton, Adgy L., Lloyd, Loyd, Ollie, W. Rayford, Harvey, Ruth, Thelma and Pearl. He died at the age of 77 on October 11th, 1979. He was buried in St. Peters Pineywoods, Chapin, South Carolina.1 1 General Notes

It is possible Elbert married Nancy Pearl Amick d/o William Noah and Ella
(Bickley) Amick after the death of Leila Elizabeth Wessinger.
