Arthur Milton was born on October 30th, 1889 in Pine Ridge Area, Newberry County, South Carolina.1 Arthur Milton's father was William Huffstetler and his mother was Catherine Shealy. His maternal grandparents were Joshua Shealy and Mary Ann "Martha" Ballentine. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Adgy L., Elbert, Lloyd, Loyd, Ollie, W. Rayford, Harvey, Ruth, Thelma and Pearl. He died at the age of 80 on April 2nd, 1970 in bur St. Peters Piney Woods, Chapin, SC. He was buried in St. Peter's Piney Woods Church Cemetery, Chapin, SC.1 1 -
