John Howe Halfacre 
John Howe was born on October 19th, 1898.1 John Howe's father was Benjamin Halfacre and his mother was Ann M. Sease. His maternal grandparents were John Leonard (Lyn) Sease and Martha Elizabeth Fike. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named David Leonard, Freddie Henry, Crenshaw Burrow, Thomas Benjamin, Mollie Sease, Bernice Maude, Ethel Lilly, Lottye Lee, Eunice O. (Carrie), Katie Christine and Martha Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 78 on May 28th, 1977 in Bur Rosemont Cem, Newberry, SC.
