Henry was born about 1036.1 Henry's father was Robert The Old Duke Of Burgundy and his mother was Helle Of Semur En Auxois. His paternal grandparents were Robert II The Pious King Of France and Constance Of Provence; his maternal grandparents were Dalmus I Of Semur En Auxois and Aremburge De Vergy. He had a sister named Constance. He was the older of the two children. He had a half-sister named Hildegarde.1 General Notes
