Benjamin Ira Davis 
Benjamin Ira was born on December 5th, 1897.1 Benjamin Ira's father was Braxton Bragg Davis and his mother was Corrie Ada Boland. His maternal grandparents were Middleton Boland and Anna Barbara Frick. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Braxton Middleton, George Claire, Harry Ellerbe, Frank Halbert, Myrtle Ada and Mildred Atlee. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died due to Runaway Team Accident at the age of 13 on February 14th, 1911 in Columbia, South Carolina. He was buried in Holy Trinity Church Cemetery, Little Mountain, SC.1 1 -
