Mattie Boland 
Mattie was born on July 18th, 1890 in Little Mountain, South Carolina.1 Mattie's father was David Boland and her mother was Ella Epting. Her paternal grandparents were Middleton Boland and Anna Barbara Frick. She had four brothers and four sisters, named James Lee, George Moody, Franklin Middleton, Jefferson Davis, Lula, Bessie Belle, Annie and Daughter. She was the youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 94 on October 7th, 1984. She was buried in Holy Trinity Church Cemetery, Little Mountain, SC.1 1 -
