John Simpson Boland 
John Simpson was born on May 30th, 1869.1 John Simpson's father was James Middleton Boland and his mother was Laura A. J. Koon. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Boland and Magdalene Frick. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Jacob Frandlin, George Nicholas, Levi Bates, Willie, Bates, Jake, Joe, Lillie Ann, Corrie Narcissus and Anna. He died at the age of 31 on December 20th, 1900. He was buried in Mt. Tabor Lutheran Cemetery, Little Mountain, SC.1 1 -
