Samuel Seay 
Samuel was born on April 12th, 1760 in Amelia Co., VA. Samuel's father was Moses Seay and his mother was Elizabeth Luck. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Seay and Rachel Wingo; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Luck and Mary Phillips. He had five brothers and a sister, named Jacob, John, Bernard, Dudley, Austin and Anna. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 64 on August 31st, 1824 in Washington Co., KY.-
