John Seay 
John was born on March 15th, 1764. John's father was Moses Seay and his mother was Elizabeth Luck. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Seay and Rachel Wingo; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Luck and Mary Phillips. He had five brothers and a sister, named Jacob, Samuel, Bernard, Dudley, Austin and Anna. He was the third oldest of the seven children.-
