Anna was born on June 20th, 1766. Anna's father was Moses Seay and her mother was Elizabeth Luck. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Seay and Rachel Wingo; her maternal grandparents were Samuel Luck and Mary Phillips. She had six brothers named Jacob, Samuel, John, Bernard, Dudley and Austin. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.-
