William Armistead Pendleton 
William Armistead was born in 1798. William Armistead's father was John Pendleton and his mother was Anne Lewis. His paternal grandparents were Edmund Pendleton and Mildred Pollard; his maternal grandfather was John Lewis. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named John Lewis, Edmund Allen, William Armistead, Charles Lewis, Robert Taylor, Benjamin Franklin, Nathaniel Philip Henry, Elizabeth Allen, Mary Anne and Eveline Mildred. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died in Infancy.-
