William Pendleton

William was born on August 25th, 1789.¹   William's father was William Pendleton and his mother was Elizabeth Fargeson.  His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Pendleton and Elizabeth Clayton; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Fargeson and Sarah Anne ?. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named Nathaniel, Benjamin, John, Mary, Lucy Clayton, Sarah Anne, Elizabeth, Anne Fargeson, Frances Coleman, Eleanor and Emily.  He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 65 on August 1st, 1855.¹
